on SSL pages, get error "certificate doesn't match site"

Hi,
I'm a newbie to Zen... Just change over from another cart system.

We are getting an error when we add items to cart....it works but no style sheets/template images will load and we get a bar appear at the top of internet explorer saying its blocked content with security certificate errors...
Can any one advise?

You bought the cert for https://www.ceramicprinting.co.uk, you cant use it with ceramicprinting.co.uk (without www)

To fix it you need to change your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php to use the www.
