Flat rate handling fee based on product type
UPS tacks on an additional $8 charge to ship tires. I am looking for a mod that would add on the additional shipping charges based on either product type or manufacturer.
based on my research, the environmental handling fee seems like the best solution, but I can't quite get my brain wrapped around how to use it.
