main nav visible in Firefox but not in IE7

1. On my website http://royalceylontea.com/catalogue/, I have placed the main navigation at the top right side of the page, and it can be seen normally on Firefox but not on IE7. It is set up too high and off the page on IE7. I have tried changing it in the CSS sheet but cannot manage to fix the problem. Please help.

2. I have got "Monthly Specials For February" on the home page and wanted to have "Featured Products". I know it is done in Layout Settings, but it doesnt seem to work. Is there a known bug?

3. Last but not least, I want to change the layout of my product catalogue display to display the products like in http://osc3.template-help.com/osc_16948/index.php. Is there a mod or a change in the config taht will allow me to do this?

Looks like you might have removed the IE hack and why are you using margin top -12px?

I am not sure if I have inadvertently removed the IE hack.

I am using margin top -12px for IE7 because without it I get a white bar appearing across the top. It was the only I could think of getting rid of it. Perhaps this is why I dont get the main Nav showing.

What do you suggest?

Latest is 1.3.8a but you have the correct dated stylesheet for 1.3.7.1.
As you did not create your own template, you can not check this by switching to the classic template...

Because you have this layered over your head image you might edit a copy of your tpl_header.php file(place it in the classic/common folder & make one if it does not exist) and remove the clear both that forces a new line and be prepared to have to adjust your css
