Change price by attribute set to lowest option

I have a music book that I am offering by 'hard copy (£7.50)' or download (£6).
I have set a drop down box to select either option.

I have two questions:

  1. can I change the price shown to the higher of the two prices?
  2. Is there any way I can turn the quantity box off when the download option is chosen so the buyer can just purchase one?

You can change the price by clicking on the Attribute you don't want used in calculating the Base Price and click the setting for NO:

Include in Base Price
When Priced by Attributes
