Favicon not showing with Firefox

I had my web developer check re: the metatags and he is pretty sure I used the right file. I will have him double check in the morning though. He also says I should follow what you say, because I don't want to mess up SEO with invalid code either....

When your developer made the edits, which exact file did he edit? Was it /includes/languages/english/sunflower_orange/meta_tags.php? Or was it something else?
And what are the names of the files in your /includes/templates/sunflower_orange/common/ folder (if it exists, and it might not, which is fine)?

My developer did not make these edits; I did. He has asked me to make that clear (so that his name is not mud ;) ).

Everything is working and I need to be focused on other things for the time being - I really didn't think the favicon would drag out into such a process; it was supposed to be a 5 minute "fun" thing just for a perk-me-up. I will look into this matter again if/when there is a problem.
