how to set up a 30 day subscription

i own a promotional music download site where i have mixtapes for download, i currently have a download fee off 1.50 per mixtape download and a 5 download limit and 7 day expiry on each download purchase, but i want to also add to my site a 30 day subscription which allow the custmer to get unlimited downloads for 30 days, i was wondering if any 1 could help me out with doing this please my site is
