Shipping Estimator in Cart

Hello,

I enabled the shipping estimator to be in cart instead of a button but having difficulty editing it. Problems im facing are:

Where is the green background coming from in the "Your shipping quote is based on..."?
Why is the above centered? Where can I change it to right/left?
The "Available Shipping Method" and "Rates" are also centered. Where can I change this to right/left?

Also, could someone tell me which file controls most of the above?
