Reading the "Counter History" in admin

How do you read the "counter History" informaion in admin....

Inotherwords what would 17 - 48 mean?

It would mean 17 visits (not visitors) resulting in 48 page views.

I have had 3,417 visits looking at 13,311 pages ?

That seems like a lot ....... now how can I reach out to each of them and entice them to put thier order in?

Unfortunately most of those visitors were probably search engine spiders and they are a bit hard to sell to. :no:
