Discount by order total

I have a client who has discounts for distributors and retailers that are based on the total of the order. They have 2 tiers - a certain percentage for orders up to $100, and a higher percentage for orders over $100. Is this possible in Zen? thanks

I would like to also have discounts based on total order. How do you do this? I've searched, and heard that dreamscape has an add-on, but the link I found for it doesn't work.

I just found the contrib "Price Sensitive Discount", and dowloaded it. It easy easy to install, but the calculations are off. Plus, it doesn't show the discount until you check out.
