Why can't I add to cart?

I have been adding products to my shop and testing the attributes controller.....I have managed to add things like quantity and size and colour etc but i have a problem....How do i get the add to cart feature working so people can actually add to the shopping cart ?

Have i missed something or switched something off ? Without an Add to Cart clickable link then no one can shop.....I did buy the E-Book but haven't so far found an article on this. Do i need to do something to enable the Add to Cart ?

The other thing is i will be selling to America....I cannot find a reputable Merchant Account for America as they only accept accounts from American citizens...

The UK based accounts seem quite expensive by comparison...I did find this one.

NoChex - Is this a good merchant to do business with and more to the point can it be integrated easily into Zen Cart ?

I was wanting to have a Comodo SSL certificate as i like the fact they allow a little logo down the bottom of the screen which can assure shoppers you are good to deal with....Can i have a Comodo certificate and a Nochex merchant account ?

Yes i know i have lots of questions but i hope someone can answer them....especially the Add to Cart question.

The site wasn't letting me log in with the password and username i opted for ( i'm Mal2869 ) So i had to open a new account.

We'll need to see your site to be sure, but I suspect that you aren't seeing 'Add To Cart' buttons on your product listings because you have attributes set. There should be a 'more' at the bottom of each product listing which, when clicked, will take the customer to the product page where the attributes are selected.

SSL certificates have nothing to do with payment processors, so you can have both NoChex and Comodo if you want.

There is a NoChex payment mod in the Downloads section - I don't have any experience with it. Search for 'nochex' in this forum to see what others have to say about it.

In the admin under configuration->my store check the setting for store status. It should be 0 (zero) for "normal store".
