Home_page_title

Hi, This is driving me nuts. I have a clean install of zc 1.3.8 (apart from the French language files which are in a custom folder and which are based on version 1.3.7). I have copied the fresh meta_tags.php which came with zc 1.3.8 and have copied this into the custom folder. I have changed the Define Title statement to reflect the name of my site. The result is that the name of my site shows up correctly on all pages EXCEPT the home page where I still get HOME_PAGE_TITLE. The source code of the home pages shows <title>HOME_PAGE_TITLE</title>. Where do I change this ?

Look in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php (and possibly includes/languages/french/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php) around line 22 for:

// NOTE: If HOME_PAGE_TITLE is left blank (default) then TITLE and SITE_TAGLINE will be used instead. 
define('HOME_PAGE_TITLE', ''); // usually best left blank 

If you don't find it there, add it in. Always use a good text editor like Notepad++ or Crimson Editor to edit php files.

Those lines are there but commented in or not, they don't appear to make any difference !

Found the answer. Very simple, there was an error in the "Define (Home_Page_Title) statement. Now I other problems but they'll have to be addressed elsewhere !
