[Cannot Duplicate] V 1.3.7 - Sprintf - Too few arguments in tpl_gv_send_default.php

I got this message on page "tpl_gv_send_default.php" while sending a GV to a friend. (Running V 1.3.7). I made no change on this page.

Whatever's causing that seems to be a case of either the data you collected from the visitor didn't get passed on to the generated email, or you've customized the message sent to the customer and mistakenly removed or added one or more %s parameters from the language file.

I'm unable to duplicate the problem with a clean v1.3.8 test site. Naturally, I'd recommend upgrading to v1.3.8a as there are a lot of issues in v1.3.7 that were corrected in v1.3.8a ...
