Changing Product Listing?

Hi,

I've got a product listing configured such that it shows the "Model" field of my database. However, I'd like to change it to show another field in the database. Where do I change it? I've looked in advanced_search_results.php orders.php, the template files, the nearest I can figure it's got something to do wtih $listing_split but that's where I hti a brick wall.

Where is the select statement for the product listings in the code?
