order status, comments, and email

Hi,

Hope someone can help here. I've installed the Superorders2.0rev46, printable password, edit orders 1.2.6, purchase module1.3.7, and encrypted master password 1.1. I run zencart 1.3.7

Everything seems to be working fine with two exceptions. When I change the status of an order, I get an error (Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function.) and one from email saying that it couldn't be delivered and when I check, the email address in the send to field is blank on the message. Customers can't be notified of status changes to their orders.

Also, comments that I add are no longer displayed in the status history. This did not happen before these modules were installed.

Any suggestions??? HELP !!
