Newsletter subscribtions without the option
It seems people are automatically being subscribed to the newsletter even though that option has been turned off in the admin and there is no checkbox given on the register account page. This is only happening since the store was upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a. Is there a place to fix this?
