Inserting text into Categories/products

I am trying to change the look of the text in this field on one of our products. I am trying to make one of the sentences bolded, bigger and different color. The different color worked along with the bolding, but the size change didn't occur. I am not sure why. I have tried entering it a few different ways and the size doesn't change.

Also I want to list more than 5 products on a page. I want all my products to be on one page. Any ideas?

Right now there are 9 products but there may be up to 15.

Sevral places in the admin where max can be set look through admin > config > and set yours to 15 where you want this
