FTP file manager

Sorry new here and i need help with a free FTP file manager. Where can i get one. I have been up all day trying to get this site going. All i need is a little help with a file manger. I am going insane as i have dumped two systems in two days all ready over shopping carts. Zen sounds great to me but i need a file manager.

What are you talking about?
Go to google, search for: free ftp client
I see a huge list there.

FileZilla is highly recommended and can be downloaded from SourceForge
