How to easily delete store records?

Okay, I am in the process of setting up a store for an affiliate of ours. We are hosting the store for him, and both store are sharing the same PDF pool.

Once I did the basic install, I copied over the files from our store and the DB from our store, so that I didn't have to setup several hundred PDf products and a bunch of other settings that would need to be changed.

What I need to do, is to empty all of the records pertaining to orders, GV, CC, etc... to reset them all to their starting points.

Is there an easy way for me to do this?

Probably best achieved via phpMyAdmin, where you EMPTY the relevant data tables. You'll have to decide which tables to empty - there's a lot of cross-referencing in the dbase!

Re: How to easily delete store records?

Yeah, I realized that a while after I posted....

However, it wasn't hard to decide which tables to empty (though I did accidently empty one I shouldn't have, I was able to restore it from the DB on my other store).

Having a good back-up while doing something like this is a must!!
