Installed IH2, can't access from admin

Hello,

I installed Image Handler II and when I try to access it from my Admin page, nothing shows up under the Tools section to finish installing. I put it in my Zen Cart Admin folder...wrong place:oops:? It looks like all the folders were installed ok.
