Is it possible to use Zen-Cart as a Auto Dealership where instead of having a add to cart button, I can have a contact us button?

You can use it as regular shopping cart.
I would recommend leaving like that,

Why, This guy is crazy?
Actually yes and no.
You can create a product with all description in you case is a vehicle
On Price you will put say $50, $100, $500 what ever price to "secure" the sale
Quantity of product = 1 (for used cars)
But instead of popping up a SOLD OUT picture, you can change it into something like: " Sale in Progress"

Instead of Add to cart ---> RESERVE THIS VEHICLE and below you can add a CONTACT US link

Just my thought

Regarding Modules

A nice template
Recover Cart Sales
Google Sitemaps
Google Base/Shopping/Products or froogle (so many names change)
You can also include a Cross Sell Module. Underneath the product info will display other vehicles
Light Zen
Image Handler 2

Last 2 (my point of view a plus for selling on internet)

I think pretty much that's it.

There are many more modules that you can integrate, like Other languages etc
But you can start with that

You do need shipping Module, Just configure "Store Pick Up", unless you consider ship via trucking
