How do I back my files up?

I must be out of my mind. I've searched the forums and checked the FAQ, but cannot find any information on this topic. I have got to be missing it somewhere!

I'm curious how to do a complete back - sql, files, everything.

Is there a tutorial somewhere? I'm almost done with my site and want to back it up asap to be safe - and i'm about to move it from a test folder to it's final destination so I want to be sure to have it all backed up and safe!

The easiest way to back up your site is to FTP it to your local drive.
