Any one know anything about AJAX Search API Keys?

I'm trying to get my images to show up better on search engines, so I'm making a google AJAX Search API Key, but they only gave me the code in html and was wondering if anyone else has used their GimageResult CSS Structure and could tell me how to go about it :huh:
