Well, I'm sorry. I guess I can't help you further.

Everything I've suggested works perfectly fine on my freshly-installed test site.

I wish you the best of success as you sort out the differences between your customized code/database and a base untouched install of Zen Cart.

Thanks for your help anyway. I've finally got somewhere with it and managed to make it do what I wanted. :clap: Had to go about it a slightly different way but it does the same job. Only took me nearly 2 weeks to get it done. lol.
