The large RED box is telling you of a security error...

When you have finished installing zencart, you must SECURE certain files by changing the CHMOD settings.

In this case, your configure.php files are WRITEABLE, so they probably have settings like 644 or 755.

You need to change these to 444

You should do this in your website's c-panel console.

It's not a mess, just not finished. In the red box click on the "See this FAQ" link and follow the instructions there.
