I can't seem to get the right physical path to my store. Also, if PayPal is going to do the credit card processing do i need to use the SSL certificates?

Network Solutions should provide the paths you need. They ought to send these to you in an email...
I would advise that you DO use SSL - even though you are going through PayPAl for payments, and that you should try to install your OWN certificate on a dedicated IP address... This costs a bit more than shared SSL, but has a beneficial effect on customers.
People like to know that they are shopping at a secure site, where the certificate can be directly identified with the site URL. This confidence makes people feel far safer about transmitting not only c-card data, but personal data as well. More people will shop with you.
