noob with logo issues

Morning all, I just installed Zen Cart today, I tried OS Commerse last year and never had any success BUT! I've learned more coding since then so fingers crossed I can get this one off the ground lol.

Anyways, I figured I'd start with the basicas of creating and editing a template to start making it look my own and I can't even get the logo to change

I've read a ton of stuff in the wiki, searched the forums, read all the pages I can find and I /thought/ I was following the instructions just fine but for some reason it's not making a difference.

Sooooooooooo here's what I've done so far.

I've created a custom template folder and changed the template info page so I can switch to it via my admin area, I've added my logo gif to includes\templates\Custom\images, I have created a custom folder includes\languages\Custom and added english.php and header.php in which I edited the logo.gif to the file name of my logo.

Sooooo what did I miss?

Also when I switch to my custom template it's giving me a bare bones page with non of the classic green formatting, is that what is meant to happen?

TIA

Cat :frusty:

I wasn't burying the file deep enough in languages :P
