HELP!! WARNING message Don't Know what to do!!

I am getting this after I installed the Hebrew Language file ,how do I fix this?

The error msg. is telling there is no such file.

public_html/shukizen/includes/languages/hebrew/meta_tags.php

Use your FTP problem to verify it is there or upload it if not, and permissions are 644.
