Image Handler makes my banner look weird!

I have Image Handler installed in my store and my banners at the bottom of the page are being shrunk from 468x60 pixels to 200x200 pixels and it looks really weird. In my image settings, there is an option for "Image - Use Proportional Images on Products and Categories" and when I turn this off, it makes all of my previews look awful but the banner looks normal but when it's on it changes the size of the banner. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

As best as I recall IH2 does not interact with banners...

Well where else are there settings for this kind of thing? Banner Manager doesn't set image sizes and there isn't anything else in the images settings that will fix this so where else can I look?

Something is not right with this.

Yes, something is not right. Look at the code that creates your banner, does it really use banner manager or something else?
IH does not mess with anything other that product images, if installed correctly.
