I'm new to ZC, and are in the final stages of testing. Have a serious problem.
Registered customer places items in shopping cart, selects payment (CC or echeck), transfered to ACHDirect Secure Web Pay page, payment info entered and completed successfully, the transfered back to ZC. "Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested." error is displayed. Customer receives no notice of the sale, customer CC is charged, items are still in the shopping cart, administrator receives no notice of the sale and there is no record of the sale.
Here are the details for my site.
ZC Version = 1.3.8a
Server Type = Web host OS Linux 2.6.9-55.0.6.ELsmp
PHP Version = 4.3.9 (Zend: 1.3.0)
MySQL Version = 4.1.20
PHP Safe Mode = off
ACHDirect tech support hasn't provided a solution. They provided module. achdcc.php & achdcheck.php.
The Paypal module works perfectly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
