Image Handler2 not working after installed Zen lightbox

My new site has Image Handler2 install and was working OK till I installed Zen lightbox. Zen lightbox works OK but not Image Handler2, I installed Zen lightbox as instructed in the readme file.

I have looked for help in the forum but not yet found a fix.
