Wording change-popup Estimate Shipping

I have a concern about the shipping estimator popup, regarding the wording when a visitor is not logged in (or maybe when they are, as well)

I currently offer FREE SHIPPING over a certain amount.

If a visitor selects an item, then goes to their cart and clicks the "estimate shipping" link on the cart page, the language used on that popup is confusing. It reads like the order total is the shipping cost and does not prominately state FREE SHIPPING for orders over $xx. I would like that to be prominent, but only if the FREE SHIPPING is on. What would be the best place to change the text on that popup so the visitor isn't confused?

If their order is NOT at or over the free shipping amount, I'd like to have text there that states something like "Get FREE SHIPPING for orders over $XX!"

What may be a better idea is to have a situation where if the value in the shopping cart is equal to (or greater than) the free shipping amount, the shipping estimator button does not appear at all.

Adjust the text for the popup in the english.php file includes/languages/english.php

You are looking for the line that starts

define('CART_SHIPPING_OPTIONS'
Alter this line with the text you want displayed

Thanks. I got in touch with Scott and he's two weeks out. Can't wait that long. Can anyone tell me which files are involved in the shipping estimation process?

Main one is in includes/templates/template_default/templates and is called tpl_modules_shipping_estimator.php, You should be able to do most things there.

This did the trick for me - thanks for posting this info.
However, I'm curious what it would take to modify the shipping estimator to indicate that a user only needs X more $$ to qualify for free shipping, similar to the sidebox mod found here: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_52&products_id=764
