Insert Specials php next to image

I need to change the layout of the home page.
I cheated and copy and pasted the html from the "view source" to get the effect I want. But now I need to know how to put the php there so it will update automatically when the Specials is changed.

I put the image in the background of the Specials box instead. Worked good!
