e-mail special chars

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with hungarian special characters in e-mails.
For example the zc change in the product names the 'ő' characters to 'ő' codes.
This is so bad, but i don't know, how to keep the original characters in zc e-mails.
Anyone knows the solution?
