HTML email english=working / dutch=not

I hope someone can help me. My webshop is almost finished. But for the last 2 days i'm struggling with the HTML welcome email. The english HTML welcome email is working. But the dutch HTML mail is still in PLAIN TEXT. Is there something that i'm doing wrong.

How do we know unless you provide us the complete information? :)
Did you check for the presence of all the language files for Dutch?
Also, in case of Dutch you are not getting emails at all or emails in English?

I don't have a problem with the language, the mails are in dutch but the format is PLAIN TEXT instead of HTML like the english mail that is funtioning normal.

I've got the same problem. I'm looking into it, but I think that it is a language file problem indeed. I found multiple other dutch files missing as well.

Superprg, do you have any idea which file could be missing, or altered? I can't find a php file itself missing, so it could be a line of code missing. All English e-mails (Welcome e-mail, newsletter, the 'send e-mail' option in the admin, etc) are HTML, all Dutch are in plain tekst.

--> It is not a problem of getting e-mails all in English instead of Dutch... If you choose Dutch in the admin to send e-mails (newsletters etc.), or when a customer registers for via you Dutch site, the (welcome) e-mails send to that customer are in plain text, even when they selected to receive e-mails in HTML format. However, when you select English in the admin, or customers register on the English site, they do receive e-mails in HTML format...

But I don't think it is a pack problem, but a second language problem,as you can read in the first thread.
