Adding a product, $10 ends up being $11.11

I am adding a product for $10.00

I save it. The price ends up being 11.11

Why does this do it? if it was because the taxes were applied it would be 11.20

This bizarro thing is happening on both installs?

any ideas?:shocking:

What is the default currency in Admin/Localization/Currencies? Value should be
set to 1.00000000.
