email order problem - missing part of austpost shipping details

i cant understand why this is happening it is miss the
Australia Post (Parcel Post - 1
days Estimated Delivery Time) - Includes ):

Sub-Total: $4.75
( 8 ): $6.95
GST 10.0%: $1.06
Total: $11.70

my other store is right but how come the top one is not

Sub-Total: $59.00
Australia Post (Parcel Post - 1
days Estimated Delivery Time) - Includes ): $4.00 GST 10.0%: $5.72
Total: $63.00

can some one tell how to fix this and where

I'm not even sure what your problem is. I think you are trying to say that something is missing from the emails of the orders you recieve. Am I close?

What version(s) of zencart are you running?
What version(s) of the Australia post module are you using?
Can you supply a URL so that I can see the problem for myself?
