How to install FEDEX shipping module

I am running ZC 1.3.8a. I downloaded the zip file FEDEX_1.3.7 to install the FedEx shipping module. Dumb question, but just how do you "install" the module? Is the procedure the same/similar for other contributed modules?:wacko:

upload the files to their matching directories,
go into admin and turn it on,
