Center Box won't show

First of all this is a fantatsic forum! I have been able to find an answer to every question I have had since trying to create my site. So, well done everyone.

I am brand new to Zen Cart and also have never had anything to do with websites and I think I have fudged up somewhere.

I cant seem to make any of the center boxes appear on the main page. It appears on other pages but not the main. I want the main page to have the new products and featured products in the center box.

I have no idea! lol!

In my other post, I was told to make copies of the define pages I intend to customize, and place in my includes/languages/english/html_includes/your_custom_template folder. So I put the define_main_page.php in a new folder into my custom template (which was black) and it just showed up... So it worked for this problem, but I still dont have the define main page option in my drop down bx in admin.

I seriously have not much of an idea about any of the jargon, but I think my site is coming together fairly well considering... lol!
