How familiar are you with CSS and PHP?

Most of the work would involve changes to your template files and then adding backgrounds, positioning, etc. with your stylesheet.css.

Actually most of the layout work would be done in your stylesheet.

You would need to install the Column Layout Grid mod and then change around some of its code to get the exact product element design, and install a "shopping cart in header" mod and probably tweak that some to display in the location shown. How/where do you intend to show the categories menu? Is "Nettbutikk" a (or the only) category?
