Store Pickup Or Free Delivery

I am trying to find a zen module / download that will give me Store Pickup Or Free Delivery as the ONLY SHIPPING/CHECK OUT method.

For the Free Delivery and Store Pickup is there a way to configure it so my cell gets a notification of what was bought/how it's being "shipped"??

Please help. Thanks

I cloned COD and removed the virtual product check to get a store pickup module.

For free delivery use the free delivery module configured with some criteria.
