Re: Can't find my admin log site

You appear to have an error on your site, possibly in the configure.php file that is setting your site to a different URL ...

Compare the two files:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

see if you don't have an error on the admin configure.php ...

If you are not sure, post the file:
/admin/includes/configure.php

from the server ...

without your username and password and we can help you fix it ...

Re: Can't find my admin log site

admin/includes/configure.php is below

  • URLs for your site will be built via: * HTTP_SERVER plus DIR_WS_ADMIN or * HTTPS_SERVER plus DIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMIN or * HTTP_SERVER plus DIR_WS_CATALOG or * HTTPS_SERVER plus DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG * ...depending on your system configuration settings / define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.ladycage.com'); define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.ladycage.com'); define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'http://www.ladycage.com'); define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://www.ladycage.com'); // Use secure webserver for catalog module and/or admin areas? define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'true'); define('ENABLE_SSL_ADMIN', 'true'); // NOTE: be sure to leave the trailing '/' at the end of these lines if you make changes!// * DIR_WS_ = Webserver directories (virtual/URL) // these paths are relative to top of your webspace ... (ie: under the public_html or httpdocs folder) define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/zencart/admin/'); define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/zencart/'); define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMIN', 'https://www.ladycage.zencart/admin/'); define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', 'https://www.ladycage.zencart/'); define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/'); define('DIR_WS_ICONS', DIR_WS_IMAGES . Re: Can't find my admin log site

I am hoping that your file on the server is not "really" wrapped like you have posted and is written on define per line ... :unsure:

Re: Can't find my admin log site

These settings:

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMIN', 'https://www.ladycage.zencart/admin/');
define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', 'https://www.ladycage.zencart/');
Should read:
define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMIN', '/zencart/admin/');
define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/zencart/');

Re: Can't find my admin log site

I changed it in the admin/includes/configure.php file but I still can't access the admin site, it should be www.ladycage/zencart/admin/ right?

Re: Can't find my admin log site

Your site should be at:
https://www.ladycage.com/zencart/admin

I do believe that you have errors in the files in the /admin directory and subdirectory ...

When you upload that file:
/admin/includes/configure.php

view it on the server and make sure it is not mess ...

Same with the file:
/admin/index.php

If all of your files are wrapping there is something up with your upload of the files that needs to be corrected ...

Re: Can't find my admin log site

Sometimes when you download a .php file and open it in Notepad, you'll see that wrapping. My 'fix' is to open it in Wordpad, and save it. Then it views OK in Notepad. Have no idea why, but it hasn't failed me yet.
