Royal mail World Zone 1 query

Does anyone know why the codes for Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man (GG, JE, IM) are missing from Royal Mail World Zone 1. These are not part of UK or Europe and don't appear in zone 2.

I want to add them to zone 1. Can anyone see any reason why not?

If you are charging them the same shipping then you can put what you like in there.
