How do i do noindex/nofollow on an EZpage link?

Hi,

It's probably very simple, but I'm not sure how to do it! How do I apply a noindex/nofollow to an EZpage on my site?

The page title is page.html?chapter=0&id=3 if that helps?

I use ez pages rel=nofollow attribute add on, but I don't know how to test if it really working
