Free shipping only to continental US

I am using the free shipper option but need to limit it to only be available to the 48 contiguous states. How can this be done?

Got an order from Greece today and the customer selected free shipping (!) But good thing this credit card was somehow declined by Google Checkout...

Do you have a zone setup for the contig 48?

was just about to post back that i had figured this one out.. i was looking for the place to link zones to physical places not realizing that you had to first create the custom zones and then go back and make the link.

Just wondering, how are you shipping? USPS? UPS?

I use UPS, mainly because we already have them come by the warehouse everyday for pickup

How do you add the 48 contiguous? Just list each state abbreviation?
I'm trying to figure out UPS shipping for mainland US only ... cannot ship to PO box, APO, FPO, Alaska or Hawaii

I've installed zone rates module, but not sure I understand it at all
