Discount during checkout ?

I would like to have a discount added to every product in my store.... I would like it to subtract it once its in the cart. I need it this way because due to Min advertised pricing I am not allowed to advertise them at the price I want to sell them at. Does this make sense ?

Is there anything I can do to make this happen ?

Zencart has a group pricing option where you can specify a percentage off the price for any customer in the group. (Admin - Customers - Group Pricing)

There is also a group pricing per item mod available - Downloads :: Pricing Tools :: Group Pricing (per Item)

Can I pick ALL CUSTOMERS as Group ?

Also I just did a test purchase of a product, it does not show the option to use coupon code until after you return from paypal ? I want it to show before going to paypal ?
