Sponsor link change??

Hay all, I have trying to find where I change the link for my sponsor image on the right hand side of my web page at:

http://www.racepartcentral.com

I also want to change what it says when you move the mouse around the image.. any idea's?

Change the banner - Admin> Tools> Banner Manager
