Strict Error Reporting is on?
There's a red error message at the top of my site saying "Strict Error Reporting is on?". What does that mean and how do I make it go away?

If you've followed step 2(b) from this FAQ, you can either remove the file mentioned, or change the 'true' to 'false'.

I have a weird issue, my store is not accepting discount coupons. I've set everything the way I would in any other store (I have a few others I maintain). While trying to trouble shoot this issue I turned my strict error reporting on. And, well nothing. I get the warning that the strict error reporting is on. But none of the notices, warning, or failures I expect to see. Given that every time a language file resets a variable there is a notice given, I know something is wrong. Any ideas?
Thanks

If strict-error-reporting is enabled, then it is showing you any PHP errors that are occurring ... and ... if you see none, then ... well ... that means there are none ... so ... the problem is very unlikely to be with the strict-error-reporting option.
If your post is really about a coupon problem, I recommend starting a discussion thread specific to the problem. And be sure to answer all the questions asked on the New Thread form.
