Sale items not showing right prices at checkout ?

I have everything at the store on 20% off, but when you put the item in the cart it does not show the sale price... I had a customer today let me know about it.

Can anybody tell me why this is, and how I can fix it ?

Could you post a specific example of a Product and Price where we can test this ... as of the products I have tried the price displayed is matching the checkout ...

I have made everything 1% off, so when you go to the site you will see everything at the sale price, but then when you put the item in the cart the price is the NON sale price ?

I am not sure what to do about this, thank you for your time.

I am either really confused here or I am seeing the right prices ...

Go to this product:

I add to cart with or without an attribute with a price and get the same prices from:
product_info
shopping_cart
shopping cart sidebox
checkout_payment
checkout_confirmation

Where are you seeing a wrong price?

You are right, I did see that.

So it has something to do with the percentage I take off I guess... I did it with 1% off and it worked, I have it set back to 20% off and it doesnt work ? hmm

So check out any of the kanteen's and you will see it doesnt work now.

OK NOW THIS IS WEIRD...

OK, you are still going to see the discount in the cart... Its only after you log in as a customer that you dont see the sale prices.... ??? do you know what would cause that.

So if you are logged in you cant see the sell prices in the cart or at checkout, but if you are not logged in (so you are viewing as a guest) you see the sale prices..

GRRRR, this is so fun, lol.

I am narrowing it down I think, it seems to be showing the correct sale price on some items, but others it doesnt.

the 12oz klean kanteen shows the right sale price
but I can't get the 27oz to show the right price in the cart, even though it does in the store.

I figured it out, I am not sure why it was doing it though.

When setting up the products if I click YES on priced by attributes it will not show the sale price in the cart.

But if I click NO on priced by attributes it will.

The reason it was doing it on the 12oz and not the 27 is because I had it clicked no on the 12 and yes on the 27.

I thought if I had attributes I had to click yes, but it seems to be working fine now.

Hmm... Maybe you can shed some light on this.
