taking white space on the top and bottom of header

does anyone know where i can take the white space around the header on this template cart.utopiasilver.com . I have looked in the CSS file countless times. Any help would help.

Thanks

Try seperating headerWrapper from this an add a height and adjust to suit:
Find this:

#headerWrapper, #contentMainWrapper, #logoWrapper, #cartBoxListWrapper, #ezPageBoxList, #cartBoxListWrapper ul, #ezPageBoxList ul, #mainWrapper, #popupAdditionalImage, #popupImage {
	margin: 0em;
	padding: 0em;
	}

Edit to this and adjust

#headerWrapper {
	margin: 0em;
	padding: 0em;
        height: 195px;
	}

#contentMainWrapper, #logoWrapper, #cartBoxListWrapper, #ezPageBoxList, #cartBoxListWrapper ul, #ezPageBoxList ul, #mainWrapper, #popupAdditionalImage, #popupImage {
	margin: 0em;
	padding: 0em;
	}
