Setting up zones for all of UK

I noticed a few threads about zones in here so hope this is the right place to post this. Basically i'm totally lost when it comes to zones. My host handed over my zen cart store to me with all the countries installed, where the UK has all the UK Mainland counties attached (can be selected as drop down on registration page). I deleted all countries except UK from phpMyAdmin. What I would like to do now is ship to ALL of the UK (northern ireland, isle of man, channel islands etc). I don't know how to set this up. Can someone with UK knowledge help me. I don't know whether to add nothern ireland's counties to my existing ones and not sure what to do about the other places. I did find this thread which has lots of SQL statements to do with UK areas but don't know how to install them. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi RobWUK, thanks for your reply. I actually sorted this out a few days ago - I added it all manually from admin. Took a while, but it was the only way I knew how to do it at the time.

I have been getting a lot of requests to ship to the UK after I deleted all the zones from my store. I know a little about mysql and would love to get a copy of your UK zones tables. Otherwise I think I would have to rebuild each table myself.
